In such cases, the receiving party must exercise reasonable efforts, commensurate with those used to protect its own confidential information, to maintain the confidentiality of such information and refrain from disclosing it to third parties.

Neither party to this agreement may use or disclose the other party's confidential information unless there is a written agreement between the parties or it is authorized by applicable laws. All rights and benefits arising from confidential information belong to the party that discloses the information. The commitment to protect trade secrets is valid indefinitely, while the commitment to protect other information remains valid for three years from the date of termination of this agreement.

The following information shall not be considered confidential:

• Information that the receiving party was previously aware of and had no obligation to keep confidential
• Information that has been publicly disclosed by the owner without violating the receiving party's confidentiality commitment
• Information that has been independently created or developed without access to confidential information
• Information that must be disclosed pursuant to laws, regulations, or valid orders of competent judicial authorities (provided that the receiving party provides written notice of such disclosure to the owner of the confidential information as soon as practicable)

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password, and any other authentication information provided to you for accessing our services. You must implement all necessary security measures, including regular password changes and non-disclosure to third parties, to prevent potential misuse.

You acknowledge that you are solely responsible for:

• Any negligence in maintaining your username and password
• All activities performed under your user account
• Any unauthorized access to your account
• Any damages resulting from such unauthorized access

In the event of any security breach or unauthorized access to your account, you must:

• Immediately change your password
• Promptly notify us of the incident
• Cooperate with us to resolve the issue

By using our cloud system, you authorize Sabz System to:

• Receive, review, and analyze all requests sent by website users
• Prevent potential attacks
• Send filtered content to the main servers

We use this data for the following purposes:

• Providing, administering, maintaining, improving, and enhancing our services
• Processing and completing transactions
• Sending relevant information about purchases and invoices
