Cloud Infrastructure Specialist

Experience with Kubernetes and Helm

Ability to perform root cause analysis in complex scenarios

Proficiency in networking concepts at various layers (e.g., TCP/IP, firewalling)

Familiarity with monitoring and alerting in Kubernetes environments

Familiarity with PromQL and maintaining Prometheus

Experience maintaining Elasticsearch at scale

Experience developing or using Operators in Kubernetes environments

Monitoring and maintaining PostgreSQL in HA and large-scale setups

Experience managing one or more of Artifactory, SonarQube, Nexus, Jira, Bitbucket, Confluence, Sentry

Familiarity with programming, preferably in Python or Go

Maintaining and monitoring scalable, stable, and highly available cloud infrastructure

Investigating and troubleshooting infrastructure issues across operating system, network, service, and application layers

Performing controlled updates and changes according to Runbook/MoP

Collaborating with technical teams to implement and maintain infrastructure services and improve stability

Preparing and updating technical documentation, service catalogs, communication paths, and operational configurations

Reviewing and following up on reported incidents and outages and providing status reports

Active collaboration with other teams to manage infrastructure and resolve issues

Designing, improving, and implementing service infrastructure architecture for high-scale and high-load environments

Designing and modifying monitoring dashboards

Maintaining and improving monitoring and alerting systems and managing incidents

On-call availability for emergencies and weekly shifts

Experience managing one or more of Jenkins, SonarQube, Nexus Lifecycle, Jira, Bitbucket, Confluence, Crowd

Documentation: Preparing technical documentation for systems and processes

Experience with virtualization platforms such as OpenStack

Familiarity with storage concepts

Familiarity with datacenter hardware such as Cisco switches, HP servers, and related equipment

Familiarity with web servers such as Nginx and DNS services

Good familiarity with configuration management tools such as Ansible

Familiarity with firewall configuration and security requirements
