Financial Accountant

Performing all tax and insurance affairs of the company in accordance with regulations, including: submitting annual performance tax returns, quarterly purchase and sale, value added tax; registering and approving invoices in the taxpayers system, registering and obtaining goods/service codes; submitting monthly insurance and salary income tax lists; drafting objections and petitions for tax and insurance committees; registering accounting documents; filing (submitting files) journal and general ledgers; following up on obtaining insurance clearance; recording imports and foreign currency accounting

Attending and defending in tax and insurance appeal committees

Making payments (online/check), fully managing accounts, and accurately recording financial transactions

Preparing and preparing all financial statements and related reports

Reviewing and analyzing financial data to provide transparent and accurate reports

Obtaining an acceptable audit report from the auditor

Performing payroll-related tasks for employees (if needed) [largely automated]

Handling matters related to obtaining bank guarantees and facilities

Full mastery of accounting principles and tax and insurance regulations

Proficiency in Excel for related tasks

Familiarity with knowledge-based company regulations and companies located in science and technology parks

Relevant work experience in accounting (at least 4 years)

Proficiency in accounting software (such as Holoo)

Ability to work independently and manage time precisely

High accuracy, responsibility, and integrity in financial affairs
