Description of Expectations:
Identifying and evaluating financing opportunities and banking facilities aligned with organizational needs
Planning, following up, and managing the process of obtaining facilities, credits, and financial resources
Establishing communication and conducting effective negotiations with banks, support funds, and other financing institutions
Preparing, completing, and following up on documents and paperwork required for obtaining facilities and credits
Following up on financing contract signings and ensuring proper fulfillment of obligations
Managing matters related to bank guarantees, collateral, and other financial commitments
Identifying and following up on support opportunities specific to knowledge-based companies and utilizing existing legal capacities
Interacting and coordinating with financial, legal, and other relevant units to expedite financing processes
Preparing periodic reports on the status of facilities, credits, and ongoing processes
Required Skills
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Management, Accounting, Economics, Banking, Finance, or related fields
Practical experience in obtaining facilities, credits, or organizational financing
Familiarity with administrative and executive processes for obtaining banking facilities, especially for knowledge-based companies
Familiarity with banking and credit laws, regulations, and procedures
Ability to establish effective communication and professional negotiation with banks and financial institutions
Ability to prepare, complete, and follow up on documents and administrative correspondence
Ability to plan, continuously follow up, and manage multiple cases simultaneously
Accuracy, responsibility, and problem-solving ability
Teamwork skills and effective interaction with different organizational units
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
The following skills are considered advantages:
Experience working with knowledge-based companies or companies active in information technology
Familiarity with Innovation and Prosperity Fund services, Vice Presidency for Science and Technology, and other support institutions
Experience managing working capital facilities, fixed capital facilities, or various types of bank guarantees
Familiarity with financial analysis principles and evaluating feasibility studies
Working Days and Hours
Saturday to Wednesday 9 to 18 - Thursday off
